About ACG
ACG Commercial Property Care provides commercial cleaning and facility services across the Kansas City Metro.
Who we are
ACG was founded on a straightforward idea: commercial properties deserve consistent service, responsive communication and an accountable partner who takes ownership of the work.
Because ACG is locally owned, the people accountable for your property are here in Kansas City — and reachable when something needs attention.
Our story
ACG Commercial Property Care was founded by Astrid Cifuentes and built on a work ethic she learned alongside her mother.
Long before ACG existed, Astrid grew up watching her mother work tirelessly to provide for their family. Cleaning commercial buildings was her mother’s second job, and after school, Astrid would sometimes go along and help.
Years later, those experiences became part of the foundation for ACG.
What began as a daughter helping her mom has grown into a professional commercial property care company built around the same principles they learned together: work hard, take pride in the details, treat people well, and leave every space better than you found it.
Today, ACG combines that personal work ethic with professional crews, clear communication, consistent service, and responsive client support.
Because to us, property care has always been personal.
The foundation of The ACG Standard: take pride in the work, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the spaces entrusted to us.
